Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable. If you experience an unexpected or critical circumstance that may require a withdrawal, please email wild.ones.yeg@gmail.com to submit a request. 

 

Photo & Video Consent

By registering, you acknowledge that photos and videos captured during classes, rehearsals, and performances may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

Liability Waiver

By registering for this program, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following:

• I am voluntarily participating in this program and understand that dance activities involve physical movement and carry inherent risks.

• I agree to respect the health and safety of all participants. I will not attend rehearsals, classes, or performances if I am experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, and I will let the Wild Ones staff and instructors know ahead of time if I’m unable to attend.

• I understand that participation may result in accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen circumstances. Despite all precautions, such incidents may occur. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this program.

• I understand my own physical needs and limits and will participate in a way that feels safe for me. I am responsible for managing my personal well-being and any medical needs or expenses that may arise if an injury were to result from my participation in the program.

• In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Wild Ones staff to obtain necessary medical assistance on my behalf, and I understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.

• I release and hold harmless Wild Ones Dance, its choreographers, instructors, dancers, staff, and guest performers from any claims, demands, causes of action, or liability for personal injury, illness, or property damage occurring before, during, or after any program activity or event.

• I agree to follow Wild Ones' instructions, facility guidelines, and treat the space and others with care. I accept responsibility for my behaviour and understand that I am responsible for any damage I may unintentionally cause to the facilities we use, performance or event venues, or property belonging to Wild Ones Dance.
